Today's League members are women and men; citizens aged 18 or older from over 900 communities throughout the country. You can join through any level of the League, and with membership comes the opportunity to work on local, state, regional and national issues of concern to you.

Join the League of Women Voters

Membership in the League of Women Voters is open to all citizens of voting age. Associate membership is open to young people and noncitizens.

Annual dues are $65 for an individual, $35 for an additional household member, and $20 for a student. This gives membership in the Mount Vernon/Lisbon LWV as well as the State and National leagues. A portion of these dues helps to support a lobbyist at the state level and enables the League's national efforts. Sliding scale fees are available as necessary. Most of our events are open to the general public. We'd love to see you there, and it will give you a chance to see what the League has to offer to members. Please check our calender for information about upcoming events.
